Your responsibilities include planning and supervising the program, coaching teachers, reviewing lesson plans, and creating professional development workshops.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- NYS Early Childhood Certification in Early Childhood Education (Birth – Grade 2, N-2, N-6).
- Minimum of two to three years of classroom experience in an Early Childhood setting.
- At least one year in a leadership role related to the education of young children.
- Demonstrated capacity in planning age-appropriate classroom activities and engaging with parents and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Prekindergarten Foundation for the Common Core (PKFCC).
- Knowledge of Teaching Strategies GOLD and best practices in authentic assessments.
