Summary
Southeast Medical Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of small to medium-sized clinic practices in Marietta, GA, consisting of 4-7 physicians.
About the Role
As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, implementing cost control measures, ensuring adherence to patient care quality standards, and managing clinic operations. Your role will involve directing and coordinating staff activities, monitoring clinic metrics, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will also assist in budget preparation, promote the clinic through marketing and community relations, and ensure quality patient care.
About You
Required:
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with fiscal and human resource management practices.
- Knowledge of health care administration principles, including managed care, insurance claims processes, and medical terminology.
- Proficiency with computer systems, programs, and applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Five or more years of clinical supervisory experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency preferred.
