About the Role
As a Practice Assistant, you will be responsible for effective communication with clients and colleagues, managing documents and correspondence, scheduling travel, processing reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines. You will also handle mail distribution, manage work requests, and perform routine filing and clerical duties as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 – 5 years of experience supporting lawyers and paralegals with administrative or client-related tasks
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Experience with document management systems and electronic signature software programs
- Proficiency in core legal administrative assistant functions
