About the Role
As a Portfolio Manager, you will manage a portfolio of active real estate-backed construction loans, review and approve construction draw requests, coordinate inspections, monitor loan-to-cost and loan-to-value ratios, and prepare performance reports. This hands-on role requires collaboration with various internal teams to ensure projects remain on track and compliant.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in construction lending, private lending, or real estate asset management.
- Strong knowledge of construction draws, budgets, and project risk management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage borrower relationships.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple active projects.
- Proficiency in Excel, loan servicing systems, and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field.
