About the Role

As a PMO Benefits Realisation Manager, you will work within the P3M team to build and develop the strategy for delivering against benefit commitments. You will engage with stakeholders, improve the benefits management strategy, monitor controls, report risks, and manage the benefits realisation plan to ensure it stays on target.

About You

Required:

Demonstrable experience in developing benefits management strategies, techniques, processes, and tools.
Experience in cost benefit analysis methods, benefits mapping, and benefit profiling tools.
Experience in developing and implementing Management Information processes and products related to benefits realisation.
Strong numerical and verbal critical reasoning ability.
Ability to build credibility with senior managers and influence decision makers.
Ability to mentor and coach project managers in the benefits management process.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong project and change management skills.
Degree educated, preferably with a recognised Project Management qualification (APM, MSP or similar).
BPSS pre-screening required to start.
SC clearance required or ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
