About the Role
As a Plumber I, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and sanitary fixtures, as well as restoration and repair of various plumbing systems. You will work both indoors and outdoors, often in challenging conditions, and must be able to respond to after-hours emergency service calls. The position requires the ability to work fixed shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may involve standby duty during severe weather or urgent conditions.
About You
Required:
- Completion of a recognized Apprentice Plumber program.
- Graduation from high school or High School Certificate of completion recognized in the State of Maryland.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Possession of a Journey level Plumber license issued by the State of Maryland.
Preferred:
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds and carry 50-pound items.
- Experience working in various environmental conditions year-round.
