About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of PLC programming experience
- Ability to develop and implement ladder logic programs from scratch
- Experience integrating and programming stepper motors, gantry or motion systems, and sensors
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the automation design team
- Willingness to take full ownership of controls design and PLC programming
- Hands-on approach with willingness to assist in building, wiring, debugging, and testing solutions
- Familiarity with Automation Direct PLCs and ProductivitySuite software
- Experience with PLC programming methods such as recipe management, data management, remote data logging, or MQTT protocol
- Passion for automation and innovation
