About the Role
As a Plating Assistant I, you will be responsible for abrasive blasting parts, cleaning parts for stress relief, placing parts in ovens, conversion coating, polishing non-plated surfaces, stripping non-conforming parts, counting parts, filling out paperwork, and assisting platers as needed. You are expected to be punctual and ready to work at your designated start time.
About You
Required:
- Ability to read and understand procedures and job travelers in English.
- Ability to solve practical process or procedural problems/issues.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
