About You
- 5+ years of HR experience within unionized environments, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingualism in English & Spanish.
- Ability to work 5 days onsite in North Dallas.
- Comfortability walking the plant floor and interacting with manufacturing staff.
