About the Role
As a Plant Health and Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing safety programs, collaborating with operations and maintenance departments, leading safety review meetings, tracking safety metrics, and providing technical support for EHS compliance. You will also engage with associates at all levels and serve as the site VPP coordinator.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, Engineering, or a related field.
- One or more years of experience in Safety within a large manufacturing facility or 2 internships/co-op experiences of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Certifications: GSP, ASP or CSP.
- Experience in safety program and safety training development/implementation.
