About the Role
As a Plant Controller, you will oversee all plant accounting functions in compliance with US GAAP, direct financial reporting, develop cost accounting processes, and collaborate with plant managers to drive performance metrics. You will also manage audits, maintain internal controls, and lead the accounting team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership, including 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in cost accounting and plant financial management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP systems.
Preferred:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
