Summary
Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team located at their facility in Carrollton, TX. The role involves providing financial oversight and ensuring strong control over inventories and fixed assets.
About the Role
As a Plant Controller, you will operate as the CFO for the plant, manage the month-end close process, ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls, develop annual plans and quarterly forecasts, and lead capital investment efforts. You will also supervise finance team members and provide guidance on strategy development and key initiatives.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in a large manufacturing environment in the finance or accounting function.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting including manufacturing plant finance experience.
- Systems capabilities including ERP systems (SAP a plus), Hyperion, Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- CPA or CMA.
- Prior supervisory experience.
