As a Plant Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting. You will work closely with the Plant Director and Managers to analyze distribution costs, pricing, and inventory management. This key position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
