About the Role
As a Clinical Development Lead, you will lead the design of early clinical development plans, collaborate with various teams to define clinical hypotheses, integrate clinical plans with translational and regulatory strategies, and support program operations and resource planning. You will also identify and address development risks, promote a culture of scientific rigor, and enhance cross-functional integration within project teams.
About You
Required:
- Advanced scientific degree (MD and/or PhD; MD preferred) with 3-4 years of post-graduate/residency experience in industry or academic clinical research.
- Strong understanding of early clinical development and translational medicine.
Preferred:
- Medical residency and/or subspecialty fellowship training.
- Experience in immunology and/or metabolic diseases.
