TalentWell is seeking a Physician Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) to join their clinic in SE Houston, TX. The role involves serving as the sole physician at the clinic with a focus on interventional pain management and patient care.

As the sole physician at the clinic, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Responsibilities include performing procedures such as nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), spinal cord stimulation, and lumbar decompression. You will create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with mid-level providers across multiple outpatient locations, interpret diagnostic tests, coordinate referrals, ensure thorough documentation in the EMR, comply with clinical protocols, and participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
