About the Role
As a Physician (Geriatrics & Extended Care), you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care to Veterans in Community Living Centers, Home Based Primary Care, Hospital In Home, Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM) Clinic, and Palliative/Hospice Care Service. Your focus will be on ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients through effective treatment plans and collaboration with healthcare teams.
About You
Required:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid medical license to practice in the state of Texas.
- Experience in geriatrics or related field.
Preferred:
- Board certification in Geriatrics or Palliative Care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and families.
