- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
- Active registered PTA license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a clinical setting.
- Current Driver's License and automobile insurance.
