About You
- Graduated from a two-year, college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in Maryland.
- Proof of satisfactory grade on a proficiency examination conducted or approved by the U.S. Public Health Service.
- One year of home health experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.

Our mission is to reduce inefficient Federal and State healthcare spending by deploying our ring of healthcare-at-home services directly into the homes of our chronically-ill, aged, or disabled patients to prevent the high cost of ER visits, hospitalizations, and nursing home stays.
