About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the treatment and program planning for patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Your daily tasks will include instructing patients and family members in home programs and activities of daily living, as well as maintaining related documentation and communication.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure.
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification.
Preferred:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Home Health setting.
