You will also manage staffing initiatives and promote a positive patient experience.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of accredited Physical, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
- Professional and effective communication skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing a rehabilitation clinic.
- Demonstrates good understanding of proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushing.
- Ability to maintain productivity in terms of patient volume.
