About the Role
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for implementing occupational therapy care plans, coordinating care with the entire care team, educating patients and their families, and preparing accurate clinical notes. You will also communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Texas.
- Believes in a team approach to problem solving and care.
Preferred:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Home.
- Knowledge of Home Health regulations and general healthcare compliance.
- Experience with EMR.
