About the Role
As a Physical Education Instructor, you will plan and lead physical education sessions for small groups of residents, adapting activities to meet their varying abilities and needs. You will promote safety, teamwork, and positive engagement during all activities, collaborating with program staff to align activities with therapeutic and educational goals.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience teaching or leading physical education, fitness, or recreational activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safe exercise practices and injury prevention.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet Pacific Quest’s contractor requirements, including background checks and professional liability insurance documentation.
Preferred:
- Experience with adolescents or young adults.
