About the Role
As a Phlebotomist Specialist, you will be responsible for blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques, collecting specimens for various tests, performing data entry of patient information, processing billing information, and maintaining patient logs. You will also provide superior customer service and may need to travel to additional sites as required.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable.
Preferred:
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
- 2-3 years of previous experience as a phlebotomist.
- Experience working with OB/GYN patients.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
