- High School Graduate.
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in pharmacy as a technician, with experience as a lead or senior level staff.
- Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or Pharmacy Technician Certified (ExCPT) to be obtained within 2 years.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including organization, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and healthcare trends.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
