About the Role
As a Pharmacy Tech II, you will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, refilling and maintaining automated dispensing systems, preparing and filling medication orders, supporting medication billing, and overseeing the restocking of pharmaceuticals. You will also assist in training new technicians and participate in quality assurance activities.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) typically within 60 days of hire or current enrollment in a PharmD program.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a pharmacy technician or currently enrolled in a PharmD program.
Preferred:
- Associate degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication safety, and regulatory compliance.
