About the Role
As an Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in providing care to patients, including training on sterile IV compounding, using automated dispensing systems, and managing inventory processes. You will work with the EPIC health information system and Microsoft Suite resources, and have opportunities to grow into specialty areas within the organization.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Excellent math and computer skills.
- Current registration as a Registered Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio or expectation of gaining this level of registration within 6 months of hire.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Previous retail pharmacy or related hospital pharmacy experience.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients, coworkers, and other health professionals.
