About the Role
As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, overseeing medication management, and providing education to healthcare professionals. You will also design and evaluate patient-specific pharmacy care plans and manage pharmacy staff effectively.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting.
Preferred:
- Post-graduate program in clinical pharmacy service.
- Required certification from the Board in Nutrition Support Pharmacy, Pharmacotherapy or other clinical pharmacy practice area.
- At least 1 year of experience managing inventory and logistics.
