About the Role
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will handle calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy benefit inquiries from providers and members. Your responsibilities include documenting calls, assisting network pharmacies with prescription claims, and serving as a customer advocate in problem resolution. You will also foster an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a health plan, TPA or PBM contact center.
Preferred:
Detail-oriented and analytical.
Effective and creative problem-solver.
Solid communication skills.
