About the Role
As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will provide counseling to patients on medication use, oversee pharmacy inventory, and supervise pharmacy technicians. Additionally, you will act as a resource for healthcare professionals regarding drug therapies and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD.
- Active State of Ohio pharmacist license.
- Three years inpatient pharmacy experience or completion of ASHP accredited pharmacy residency program.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Knowledge of pharmacy quality improvement initiatives.
