About the Role
As a Pharmacist/OP/IP, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, providing patient counseling, collaborating with healthcare providers to develop medication management plans, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and policies. You will play a key role in optimizing therapeutic outcomes through effective medication therapy management in a collaborative work environment that values professional growth and high-quality patient care.
About You
Required:
- Pharm.D. degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
