About the Role
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, conducting initial case evaluations, attending depositions and court proceedings, negotiating settlements, preparing legal documents, and maintaining communication with clients. You will also be expected to continually expand your knowledge of personal injury law.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Indiana state bar.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
- Proven experience attending depositions and mediations.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining high-quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
