As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, conduct research, negotiate settlements, and stay updated on personal injury law developments. You will manage case deadlines and ensure timely compliance while working in a dynamic legal environment.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
- Extensive experience in handling vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability cases.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving favorable settlements.
Preferred:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of professional ethics and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
