About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted and in good standing with the New Jersey (NJ) state bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Proven litigation experience, including trial experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury law and procedures.
Preferred:
- Proficient in case management and able to handle a high case load.
- Excellent skills in drafting and preparing legal documents.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
