As a Personal Injury Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, conducting depositions, attending mediations and court appearances, and maintaining organized case files. You will communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders while utilizing legal research tools and case management software. The position requires both collaboration with colleagues and the ability to work independently.
About You
Required:
- Active NJ Bar license.
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury law experience.
- Courtroom and deposition experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage 75–100 active cases efficiently.
- Experience with case management software (Needles/Neos preferred) and MS Office 365.
