About the Role
As a Performance Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring advertisers to adopt AI-powered advertising solutions, developing performance strategies tailored to client goals, and building partnerships with cross-functional teams to enhance performance business. You will also participate in specialist communities to educate on Google's performance solutions and architect performance plays for the Americas Large Customer Sales team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
Preferred:
- Experience in Search or performance advertising thought leader.
- Experience influencing without authority.
- Knowledge of executing Google solutions with speed.
- Excellent problem solver, critical thinker, partner and a proven change agent.
