About You
- 2-5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in manufacturing and/or distribution functions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Deep functional expertise in supply chain operations, manufacturing operations, or related areas.
- Experience with lean, Six Sigma, TOC, and value engineering.
- Previous strategy and change management experience.
- Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
