About the Role
As a People and Places Ops Partner, you will be responsible for processing data integrations between HR platforms, accurately handling employee lifecycle events, conducting audits and reconciliations, providing tier 1 support for employee inquiries, performing data analysis, and collaborating to improve HR processes. This role requires a strong understanding of HR data management best practices and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert on day-to-day HR operations.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR data management, operations or HRIS role.
- Strong understanding of HR data governance, policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong aptitude for data management and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and at all levels of the organization.
