The role requires flexibility to meet facility needs, including rotating to other buildings and providing direct resident care. This position is mandatory, requiring reporting during adverse weather and emergency conditions.

About You

Required:

Certified Nursing Assistant I and listed in good standing with the NC Health Care Registry.
Ability to work directly with individuals with neurocognitive disorders, psychiatric illness, and other health-related fields.
High school diploma or GED and one year of closely related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
CPR and CPI certification upon employment, with annual recertification.
Must pass a physical requirement test prior to employment.
