About the Role

You will also perform opening and closing duties and collaborate with site leadership to resolve complex patient issues.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment and knowledge of medical insurance.
- Prior Front Desk, concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience.
