About the Role
As a Pediatric RN, you will assess and address the physical, psycho-social, and developmental needs of children and families. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing care plans, educating families on disease management, maintaining accurate medical records, advocating for patients, and coordinating care with healthcare providers. You will also ensure adherence to legal and ethical practices, manage medical equipment, and participate in professional development activities.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses.
- Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in general pediatrics.
Preferred:
- At least six (6) months experience caring for medically and/or technology dependent children in an acute, chronic or community-based care setting.
- Experience in PICU, NICU, or pediatric specialty.
