About the Role
As a PCB Applications Engineer IV, you will create complex technical proposals, communicate with customers to understand their technical requirements, manage customer expectations, oversee project schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance and operational excellence. You will also collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support customer interactions and assist in post-shipment support.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/sciences with 10+ years in a related engineering role.
- 5+ years minimum experience in a flexible printed circuits manufacturing unit.
Preferred:
- Advanced technical degree or a degree in management/marketing field.
- Background in the medical industry.
- IPC certifications in standards or design.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Relevant certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
