About the Role
As a Patient Transporter, you will be responsible for transporting patients, responding to emergency situations, maintaining lifesaving certifications, and ensuring the safe transfer of patients to and from various medical equipment. You will work closely with healthcare providers and nursing teams to facilitate patient care and may be required to use patient tracking systems and manage transport-related equipment.
About You
Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
Preferred:
- BLS certification upon hiring or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
