About the Role
As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, updating and verifying patient information, processing copayments, and registering patients in the billing system. You will also handle scheduling inquiries, monitor patient flow, and act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff. Additional tasks include preparing paperwork for patient visits, verifying patient benefits, and performing clerical duties.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
Telephone operator or high call volume experience
