About the Role
As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a seamless check in/out process for patients, verifying insurance plans, assisting with appointment confirmations, managing multiple phone lines, and collaborating with doctors and team members to enhance patient experiences. Some weekend and evening shifts are required.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks.
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while providing excellent service.
