About the Role
As a Patient Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling requests for information and services, triaging crisis calls, scheduling appointments, and providing effective customer relations. You will also monitor online inquiries and facilitate internal and external referrals for services, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need in a compassionate manner.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clinicians.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or two (2) years of applicable experience in the behavioral health field.
- Experience in triage of psychiatric emergencies.
