About the Role
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will welcome patients, conduct check-ins, coordinate patient visits, and ensure a high level of care. You will work closely with leadership to provide integrated services and act as an ambassador in the community. This position requires 100% on-site work and may involve flexible hours, including mornings, nights, or weekends.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a patient-facing or customer-facing position.
- Excellent patient or customer service and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification required.
- An active Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
- Proof of vaccination.
Preferred:
- Medical Assistant Certification.
- Bachelor's degree.
