As a Patient Coordinator, you will welcome and greet patients, manage phone inquiries, register new patients, facilitate patient flow, maintain office supplies, and ensure a clean reception area while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. You will also handle faxes, voicemails, and outbound referrals as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with ModMed EHR system
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
