Summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician-Oncology for their Evanston Hospital location. This part-time role involves delivering patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse during night shifts.
About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician-Oncology, you will assist with vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection, bathing, ambulating, and other patient care tasks. You will also help implement patient-specific care plans and contribute to safety outcomes and high-quality patient experiences.
About You
Required:
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Completion of an accredited certified nursing assistant (C.N.A.) training course preferred, or completion of at least one nursing clinical rotation in medical or surgical preferred.
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider issued by either American Heart Association.
Preferred:
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Prior nursing assistant experience preferred.
