About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician, you will assist patients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and mobility under the supervision of a RN/LPN. You will also obtain vital signs, document care in electronic medical records, and support nursing staff with patient admissions and discharges. This position requires a commitment of at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, including weekend shifts.
About You
Required:
- Completion of high school education.
- Completion of an accredited CNA course and successful completion of the CNA certification exam, EMT or paramedics training course, or current enrollment in an accredited nursing program with at least one major clinical rotation.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
