About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician, you will assist patients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and mobility under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. You will also be responsible for obtaining vital signs, documenting patient care in electronic medical records, and assisting with patient admissions and discharges.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited CNA course and successful completion of the CNA certification exam, EMT or paramedics training course, or current enrollment in an accredited nursing program with at least one major clinical rotation.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
